Squatting with intention to add value should be considered. Also, squatting with a grace period to add value before any claim is made against the squatter. Excluding obvious brand name squatting, there are many cases where the squatter deserves time to prove their intentions for the name. Squatting is not always immediately bad and should not be treated with such presumptions by default. Balance is needed.
